Have a great Thanksgiving, everyone!
Take the time to be thankful for the good things that you have in life.
(Oh, and stuff yer face as much as you can. Screw diets this weekend.)

Throw 'em a bone...
Mmm... turkey legs. About the only way I can entice my wife to come to one of these things.
This week's strip.

Endeavor to persevere!
I feel like I'm making lame excuses, but yes, technical difficulties... again.
Complete hard-drive crash - unsalvageable. Had to do a complete system re-install. Thankfully, all comic files were on a second hard-drive and escaped harm (knock on cyber-wood.) Between that, and then reinstalling software and regaining connection to the comic server... there was not enough time to draw the strip. Should be back on track for next week.
Usually Friday the 13th is a good day for me (it is my birthday after all), but I got bitten this time. ;)

Tartan feathered
The games have begun!
Fun fact!: Scotland has the largest peacocks! Look at 'em, dressed up in their purty clan colored kilts, struttin' around for the ladies... they're huge!
Guest cameo by Jennie Breeden, author of "The Devil's Panties". She's become notorious at DragonCon for her kilt blowing antics, aided by a leaf-blower.
(Thanks also to Jennie for her support of budding young webcartoonists. I've had the pleasure of chatting with her a few times at conventions, and she's provided some great start-up motivation.)
